The e-outbox.com website is an informational
source for clients and prospective customers.
We will protect the privacy of our clients and
visitors and will apply privacy policies set forth by
the W3C and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

OUR PRACTICING GUIDELINES
• We honor customers' requests not to be included
MIon email solicitations. A record can be removed
MIby using the embedded opt-out link or by emailing
MIus with your request at info@e-outbox.com
• We provide all email deployment vendors with
MIa suppression list including all opt-out records.
• By registering with us, your voluntarily provide
MIpersonal information, such as name, company,
MIaddress and email address, which may be used
MIfor our marketing campaigns. If you do not wish
MIto receive any marketing material, make sure
MIto click off the opt-in box before submitting.

• If you do choose to receive marketing material
MIfrom us, your information will be confidential
MIand it will not be shared with any third party
MIunder any circumstance whatsoever.
• If we provide list rental brokerage on your behalf,
MIwe will not rent or purchase any list that is not
MIfully opted-in and/or updated at least quarterly.
• Our initial consultation, website analysis (if you
MIalready have a Website) and estimates are free.
MIAny verbal agreement from there on will be
MIestablished as a written contract. Upon signature
MIof a contract between e-outbox and its client,
MIthe client is required to provide 1/3 of the fee
MIin advance, before any further work is provided.
MIThe remaining 2/3 will be due at 1) design
MIsign-off, and 2) project completion.
• If a project is cancelled prior to initial payment,
MIthere is no cancellation fee. If a contracted
MIproject is cancelled, refund on any prior payment
MIwill be itemized to cover any completed work
MIby e-outbox. Any difference will be refunded.
