e-outbox will host on its own server all material
related to email marketing as well as staging sites.
However, we are very flexible with our clients when
it comes to their domains and hosting.

STANDARD HOSTING
For our clients that do not require "air-tight"
security – such as law offices, health, financial
or other sensitive content – we use two of the most reputable online hosting services. This allow us to have a range of options as well as taking advantage of bundled packages and promotions. We do not
mark-up the hosting and domain cost to our clients
but we charge a flat $50.00 flat fee for set-up
and administration of the accounts.

ADVANCED OPTION
In the event our clients need a high-security environment, we then rely on our development strategic partners to provide secured hosting.

E-COMMERCE
When an e-commerce structure is required, we
will set-up an online CMS system as it is the most
affordable option. This ranges form a simple retail
set-up, to a more advanced CMS such as Magento.

SELF-MAINTENANCE
While we do not approach website design using
templates, such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal,
we will use them if the client's needs require an
affordable type of content management. Be aware
that while a good-looking and functional site can be
built with these systems, there are always design
and layout limitations.

EMAIL

We can set-up your email accounts as web mail or
come to your location and set them up within your
proprietary email software. The hosting packages
we provide include multiple accounts, forwarding
and multi-device synchronization.
